"Terrible customer service. I was referred to them thru the State Farm web page, was contacted by Mayra more than 24 hours after and she gave me the quote via phone and never send me the information via email. I had to call them back to follow up and they assured they will send me the information but the email never came. On the third call she informed me that the price had gone up but still did not send any information in writing. Finally, she called me and promise to send all the information the next day by 10am (we are six days after initial contact.) The call never came, still I called to follow up but she refused to take the call. The receptionist said everyone was busy and they couldn't take care of me."

"Called them to update my address since may 1st, then call back may 15th to confirm they did it, and NO, they did not, now my bill went up and jocelin said they have no control on that, on the 15th I spoke to Roxane, she told me to text them the address and she was going to get in contact with the dep in charge so they can back dated it since they day I called, and now on may 20 I spoke to Jocelyn and she does not want to help, she said I have to pay the $203 (my monthly was $172) so now you are telling me I have to pay extra because the person who I spoke to since may 1st didn’t do her Job??? I have around 3 years with this company and they used to help as much as they can but lately it feel like they working to make hours and they don’t care to help the clients, Hope manager steps up on this matter This is very frustrating since I work on insurance industry I know this can be solve they just don’t want to help! So disappointed Will attach proofs of call and texts Update: after leaving this review they called me they will not renew my policy (been with them for almost 4 years, cero claims, i have had two incidents not at fault so they never paid nothing) just moving to AAA cheaper and you can do it online by yourself, just run from this company as soon as you can, the biggest issue, THEY CANNOT TELL YOU A PRICE in the same moment when you make changes to your policy, so you just have to be waiting for the surprise new prices, CRAZY"
